As good or better than the first book

I greatly enjoyed this book in audiobook form, even if I forgot to listen to it when I bought it because of how many different series I've been listening to.
I look forward to book 3, which happily is already out at this point.

This is one of those books where sometimes, the situations the characters get into make you uncomfortable or concerned for them. I consider this a mark of good characters, because you are drawn in and invested in their situation.

Shenanigans Abound

I was recently pondering this story, and I realized that I've lost count of how many times I chuckled, giggled, or outright cackled at the amusing shenanigans the characters in it get involved in.

I haven't finished listening to it yet but the combination of the author and the narrator is excellent.

I want more.

I really enjoyed listening to this story.
I could write a bunch of words about how great it is, how I liked this or that part, and so on.

But there isn't a part I really liked or disliked, the whole thing was great, somehow.

Amusing and fun characters, Fast but not overly fast story pace, Amusement and laughter and fun.
Even the fights are somehow balanced on the edge of over the top silly yet somehow never tip over into being actual silliness.

I love it.
