This is the only book I’ve listened to each chapter twice before moving forward and then listened to it again from the beginning.
Clear explanations for her concepts along with compelling stories. I love her..
Invest in yourself.. I intend to buy the hardcover book in addition to the audio version. This book has to stay in our bookcase.

I listened to this book several times and every time I discover another treasure.
Ego, stop seeking approval, release fear etc... are among topics that Deepack touched upon.
Concepts are clear and 1,2,3 steps at the end of every chapter which will leave you with clear instructions about what to do next.
