I really can’t find anything negative to say about this audible book. The book itself is fantastic. Vivid, gritty with a great story and incredible characters to boot. Brought to life by the narrator - who was brilliant - especially in the guise of Vail.

Ridiculously good

The book is incredible - a serious candidate for best book of the series so far. From the epic space battles to the intimate conversations, it's done with real aplomb. Truly unputdownable
A word for the narrator - i've got the physical copies now but I honestly couldn't imagine reading without having listed to the audiobook first. It's really first class.
Roll on number 9. Cannot wait.

Masterful writing and masterful narration! Obviously need to read book 2 but it’s so easy to get lost in imagery evoked by the beautiful words.
I thought the narration was perfect - excellent production all round Onto the second...

Great book, Great Narration

One of Cumming's stronger books I thought. Not up there with The Spanish Game but the best Kell novel I thought. Evocative and detailed.
The narration was really excellent - there was a wide range of characters to portray and he does a great job - especially Minasian - talk about a character coming to life!

Great course, literally and metaphorically. Enjoyed listening to this immensely. A very detailed survey of the field of exoplanets but I never felt lost. In fact some of the more general physics concepts here where more clearly explained than any other course I've listened to. Hugely accessible.
