I enjoyed the story of life in a simpler time. Growing up in the midwest and working on cars. My father was a mechanic so I could relate. I found myself laughing out loud. I have read a few of Richard Peck’s stories and this one doesn’t disappoint. These stories are great to listen to with your family. Great for long car rides.
