Thrilling twist on classic fairy tales!
Revisado: 07-04-23
I loved the story. A great and dark spin on folklore and fairy tales. Can't wait to get to the next book in the series.

Historia
Lost Hollow constable Graham Gordon just walked into his abandoned childhood home for the first time in 20 years. Local teenagers have been spreading rumors about disembodied screams coming from inside. Now, thanks to a rickety set of cellar stairs and the hateful spirit of his dead father, he might never escape.

Amazing Story and Narrator!
Revisado: 02-09-21
I loved Isaac's unique spin on a good ol ghost story! The way his connection between then and now, presented itself as a the battle between good an evil is enhanced by his great descriptive storytelling. Thorne digs deep into references relevant to my lifetime that made the characters feel real. I don't want to give away much of the actual story and plot but there's some great twists and turns that will keep you enthralled, making it hard to put the book down, or in this case "stop listening".
On top of a fantastic story, its enhanced by the narration. Sean D brings these already great characters to life!
highly recommend The Gordon Place to anyone who loves horror, ghost stories, and just a flat out compelling read.
