Lucien and Jay

I really enjoyed this story. Lucien has shut himself off from the world and when Jay is given a glimpse into the person behind the uncaring mask he is determined to hide behind. I hated seeing Lucien suffer while he had Jay getting everything wrapped up in his life but he understood that it needed to be done. I enjoyed the narration and I thought the narrator did a great job portraying the characters emotions.

These two were so sweet and I loved how they both wanted to hold each other up. I enjoyed their story and thought the narration did a great job in helping me enjoy it even more.

Simon and Parker

I enjoyed this story. Even though Simon was a bit of a jerk in the beginning I felt for him because he was struggling with his dreams slipping away. These two were perfect together, even when it was more animosity but it quickly turned around. As usual the narrator did a wonderful job with telling the story and keeping me engaged.

Casey and Ethan

Casey and Ethan are both adorable and I completely agree with their friend's assessment, they have been dating just without the sex. These two each love the other but are afraid to ruin their friendship. The altercation at the hockey house just pushes them together more. I love that they both understand the other and Ethan doesn't take offense whrn Casey runs because he know he will be back. I look forward to more stories in this series.

I really enjoyed this in audio form, I thought the narrator did a great job capturing the characters and their emotions.

ehh, not for me

These characters pretty much just bugged me, I don't think I have rolled my eyes so much while listening to a book. Both of them felt too reactive and immature for their respective ages, they had a few good moments but then it would happen again. I kept hoping more would come of the story but it didn't and by the end I was disappointed I had wasted so much time on the story.

Gray and Rory

This was quite the story.  Gray and Rory had such different experiences in their upbringings but the same person is the reason for their problems.  They didn’t really get off on the right foot but found common ground and got past their differences and overcame their fears.  I was glad to be able to see them happy and in love even when they are dealing with other nobles and all the stress that comes with running a kingdom.

Thomas and Peter

I was so excited to see Peter & Thomas again. I really enjoyed them in Catch a Tiger by the Tail and wish I had known about this story sooner.  It was so great to see them settled into married life and expanding their family and I was glad that Thomas now had the courage to start to rebuild his relationship with his family.

Michael Dean did a nice job narrating the story but I personally don’t like over the to voices and I felt that he did that with Thomas at times.

Keaton and Austin

I really enjoyed Austin & Keaton’s story.  They started a bit unconventionally but with time and their own personal growth these two really come together.  I was glad that they took each other out of their comfort zones but it was just what they needed.

Iggy Toma did a great job with the narration and I loved listening to him tell their story.

Kamran and Lee

I went into this book thinking it was a different series, it's a good thing that it's not required to know the other stories. Kamran has only ever been hurt by those he lets get too close so he does what he can to keep people at an arm's length. Lee's life has been all about work for a long time and while his association with Kamran begins because of work it becomes so much more. I like that they both found the reason to change their lives and priorities with each other. I loved watching Lee do his best to show Kamran that he is worthy of love.

Sawyer and West

This was a nice story. I thought West was adorable and so sweet. Sawyer was stubborn and unfortunately acted like the young person in their relationship while constantly worrying how West would continue to want them. While Sawyer's constant fear was frustrating and annoyed me the other aspects of the book and West let it slide. However West had enough love and hope in their relationship to keep reassuring Sawyer. I loved their geese children too.

I enjoyed the narration, it always adds another level of enjoyment when there are two narrators.
