Greatest fantasy series ever begins here.

You'll visibly demonstrate the full range of emotions as you read this series, so listen in a safe place. New Spring is an excellent place to start as it is the first book chronologically. Both narrators are at the top of their field. I'm sure there are plenty of long gushing reviews. I'll just say that I've read most of the classic novels of all time...Moby Dick, Don Quixote, all of Charles Dickens's novels, etc., etc. I've also read fiction of every variety...certainly plenty of science fiction and fantasy. I'm starting my third reading of this massive series. I'd like to be buried with a copy of The Eye of the World for all the joy it has given me. I can't endorse it more than that.

Good until Socialist manifesto

Upton Sinclair is a socialist. The last few chapters are a pamphlet. Bad ending to the main story. Incredible history of Chicago. The novel itself has historical significance as it brought about major changes in the meat packing industry.

Required Reading for Every American

There are things being hidden from you on immigration. I'm not a conspiracy theorist I swear! This book exposes the truth you need to hear. It's funny, entertaining and enlightening. Ann Coulter narrates beautifully.

Could not be a bigger fan....

This book, this series, this author, this narrator are all phenomenal. I love this main character and all the other characters as well. The writing is simultaneously witty and elegant. It's hip and cool and nerdy. James Marsters is in my top three narrators...aw hell's bells, he's numero uno.

Silly Caveman Smut for Teen Girls

Repetitious and silly. I was waiting for Ayla to invent the combustion engine. There's better smut on the internet. Don't waste your time or money to wade through repetitious garbage only to learn that Ayla can handle large bones.

Horrible. Any love or redeeming quality attained in Valley of Horses is carelessly thrown away and ruined by the author. Trust the reviews you see here. Stop reading after Valley of Horses. I bought the first three books on sale for $4.99 each. I overpaid. This is caveman smut for teen girls.

Slow start but really gets going

Creative pulp fantasy. Old school. If you liked John Carter of Mars you'll like this. Narrator voices and inflections are all wrong. I was willing to put up with it, but it's a shame. Took a star.
