I've been on the journey to enlightenment and have read & listened to many books to help guide me on this path. Joseph Nguyen's book and the insightful information has given me some of the best guidance!!! It has changed the way I think about thought and thinking! I learned the difference in the two and this insight has guided me further on my path! How wonderful to know that my "thinking" is the cause of my negative feelings and therefore suffering! Change your thinking; change your life! Joseph has made it so straight forward for me to absorb the information and put it into practice in my daily journey. Joseph has a great voice for narrating his own book which helped me to want to listen. I highly, highly recommend this book!!! Thank you, Joseph, for the wealth of insight on how to deal with life and truly be happy!!! I am grateful beyond words!! I've gotten his other two books and look forward to listening & reading them! I will be listening to this one again and again!!!
