Historia
Therapist and speaker Jenna Riemersma applies the groundbreaking insights of Internal Family Systems (IFS) for anyone who feels stuck in unwanted feelings and behaviors, with a special focus on personal transformation for listeners of faith. In Altogether You, she explains why our parts are so often at war-parts of us wanting to please others and do things right while other parts seem bent on acting out, shutting down, or engaging in hurtful behaviors.

Insightful and helpful a nearly perfect interpretation of IFS. Entertaining and compelling, the author narrates it with clarity, humor, and passion.

Historia
This book is about pleasure. It’s also about pain. Most important, it’s about how to find the delicate balance between the two, and why now more than ever finding balance is essential. We’re living in a time of unprecedented access to high-reward, high-dopamine stimuli: drugs, food, news, gambling, shopping, gaming, texting, sexting, Facebooking, Instagramming, YouTubing, tweeting....

Historia
After scant days in his "real" world, Thomas Covenant finds himself again summoned to a strange world of magic and Earthpower. There, 40 bitter years have passed, while Lord Foul, immortal enemy of the Land, moves to fulfill his prophecy of doom - his countless minions are already on a march of destruction, cutting a devastating swath of destruction across the Land. The Council of Lords find their spells useless, however, now that Foul the Despiser holds the Illearth Stone, the ancient talisman of evil.

A forgotten sense of wonder
Revisado: 05-21-20
I’ve been a voracious reader of fantasy novels since I first read the LotR books in the 4th grade. Sometimes, I feel like I’ve heard every story and memorized every plot. This series makes me care like few others. Whether you like the story or not, these books will make you feel a sense of grandeur and wonder.
