Great sales book, even better presentation by the author. I found myself constantly rewinding to hear these points again as I'd begin thinking about how to improve specific engagements with customers.

A must read for those looking to further fine tune their approach for solving problems for their customers.

Phenomenal story-telling by Chris and Brandon on the stories that created a huge shift in the way people understand negotiation. Each chapter told a wonderfully written story about Chris' time as a hostage negotiator, followed by a detailed lesson on how to negotiate better. One of the top business books I've read.

What a fantastic story of ups and downs,both personally and professionally. This speaks to the idea of never giving up, failure is to be expected, but those who never start are cowards, and the weak fall behind.
