Makes You Think
Revisado: 02-24-20
There are a lot of concepts in this book that, when lumped together, are labled as Post Traumatic Growth.
I believe that while nothing is inherently new to the book does a good job of piecing things together in a way that makes it digestible and applicable.
Some parts were challenging for me even as I have grown in those areas tremendously meaning that no matter how far anyone has come there's always areas that will require your attention.

Historia
Man’s Search for Meaning is the chilling yet inspirational story of Viktor Frankl’s struggle to hold on to hope during the unspeakable horrors of his years as a prisoner in Nazi concentration camps. Between 1942 and 1945 Frankl labored in four different camps, including Auschwitz, while his parents, brother, and pregnant wife perished. Based on his own experience and the experiences of those he treated in his practice, Frankl argues that we cannot avoid suffering, but we can choose how to cope with it, find meaning in it, and move forward with renewed purpose.

A Must Listen
Revisado: 02-09-20
The content of the book is stunning and really puts things in perspective from a person who experienced one of the worst events in human history.
The audio quality, if your listening on noise canceling headphones is not great but the delivery by the narrator is clear and delivered in a pleasant manner.
