Aranthur is a promising young mage. His talents compel him to attend University to develop his abilities further. Good characters, great pace

The main character’s development was enjoyable and the supporting characters offer a range of personalities. The storyline epitomizes the suspension of disbelief, so many random encounters made for a great story. I enjoyed the pace of the first part of the book; however, the second part felt rushed. I do look forward to the next book.
