Historia
When Connor Larkin boards a late-night bus in downtown LA, he's not sure where he's going or what he's looking for. Putting his acting career - and his fiancée - on hold, he's searching for something he can't define, a part of himself he lost on the road to success. Once he dreamed of being a singer in the classic style of Sinatra and Bennett. But his lean good looks soon landed him in movies as the sexy bad guy - and in the arms of a famous young heiress. Now, with his wedding day approaching, Connor finds himself stepping into the sleepy seaside town of Miramar Bay.

No Tension
Revisado: 08-19-18
If I wanted a story about small-town people with ordinary lives I'd find a quilting circle. The antagonist, Conner, may be an up and comer in Hollywood but I doubt actors offered a James Bond role are quite so puzzled about what they want in life. Poor. Pitiful. Boring. Conner. The most interesting character is the female bartender. This novel has no depth. The characters are boring. Adults talk to each other like they are talking to children. Lots of tell not much show. Not one of these people ever curses. These characters are not real at all.
