This book was a ton of fun and while the story did have some strange twist and turns in the story telling so much enjoyed it. It was 20 hours and finished it in just a few days! I will 100% be watching for another book in the series or something else by Kennit Kenway.

if you are looking for something that is a great value with amazing pacing and that is just fun you are not going to hurt your brain trying to figure out the magic system this will be a book for you!

very fun book with great action and pacing

I loved this book and kept finding excuses to listen to it. tons of fun with a creative system. The main hero was not the ordinary and very fun to listen to. looking forward to the next book.

This book was so good and fun! the pace was fast and never left you waiting for the " next part".

this is a single book and not one a series and that is great change... but after I finished the book I find myself wanting more.

I will pick up the next book that C.B Titus puts out.

Pick it up and you wont regret it

This book was an amazing listen. the pacing was perfect and it was exciting. I would say its been in the top 3 zombie books I have listened too ever! and over the years I have read/listened to tons. I love the point of view is from a normal dude and you come to care about his fate. the method is fun and not too serious.

I picked up the second book about 3/4 through this one and I am going right on to it.

if you are on the line about this one I say give it a try and I think you will be happy you did!

I had not heard of this title but it turned out to be amazing and very catching. great job making me care about the characters and enough action and progressing to make me want more. I see book two is out and starting it riiiggghhhhht... now!

At first I was thinking... Insurance agent?!? Wtf! Then a few minutes in when the God of the round house was introduced I was hooked! I am hoping for another soon!! After the next MHI please!!

You Love Zombies! You Love Cheese!

Would you consider the audio edition of No Mere Zombie to be better than the print version?

I did not Read the Printed Version but the Person reading this did an amazing job, When someone was mad or sad or in a zombie like state. I knew it based not only on the amazing story but they way he projected it with his voice

Who was your favorite character and why?

I like commander Jordan! He felt like to me what someone would be acting like after the world has come to a end.

Have you listened to any of Ryan Kennard Burke’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

He did the first book " no such thing as zombies" and I felt like it was the same. but I think that's a good thing to maintain the same type of performance

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

If I was driving across the country I think I could have! but its 12.5 hours long, A bit much for one sitting. but its not for wanting too!

Any additional comments?

This was an amazing book! if you like silly and over the top then this is for you! I would suggest it! I love urban fantasy and Zombies so this provided me just the right kinda of fix!
