I was hoping the book written by an insider, Luis, with his special access to sensitive classified material would deliver greater insights. But unfortunately it doesn't. He talks way too much about his dad and personal life, (who cares). Very little new insightful information about aliens. If you're a total newee to this stuff, it's worth buying, if not, don't waste your hard earned money!!

Great book. Great advice helps you stop sabotaging yourself from your goals and to break free from being average and not getting your needs met.

Should be called 1000 Ways to Die!

Dr. Hyman covers every aliment and how it's killing you and then throws out how many tens or hundreds of thousands have died. I became depressed just listening. I probably need to take a supplement he's pushing!. He is repetitive and overly complicates the subject. He throws out tons of supplement names, foods, veggies, fruits, etc., for each bodily system. The sheer volume of information is overwhelming and becomes useless. No one can remember, yet alone implement his recommendations. I like the Doc, and he is trying, but totally misses the mark with this book.

I really like the narration and story. Looks at aliens from a totally different viewpoint. Wow.
