Duet narration for the win

I picked up this audiobook because I’ve read the actual book and LOVED IT. I also love audiobooks so figured I’d love this. When a male part came up and it was the actual male narrator and not a man voice coming from Sarah I SWOONED! These two were the perfect team I absolutely loved both voices and hope they both narrate book2!

I never thought about it the way Hill explains it. She encourages to pick a horse based on what sports you want to do with your new best friend. This is something I hadn’t thought of before. So grateful for this author sharing her experiences.

I was blown away by just how much information was in the first part. At first I thought I’d be overwhelmed and want to give up. But I didn’t and I think a big part of that was this narrator who speaks calmly and not pitchy at all. give it a try.

Oh my lord! I couldn’t wait to jump into Willa’s story after I read protecting what’s his and protecting what’s theirs. Willa wins a photo contest and lands herself at the Claymore Inn where he meets broody adrenaline chasing Shane and denies herself the love he wants to shower her in. In this story we get amazing side characters who add so much to the story and we get a bonus side love story from Shane’s sister. Shane proves to Willa she’s worth it and they get their much deserved HEA.
The narrator struggled a bit with accents and male voices but it didn’t take anything away from the story.
Stash this on the MUST READ shelf and get to it!!!

Since reading the Him series from Sarina and Elle I’ve needed all the M/M hockey there is. I was not disappointed by Graham and Rikker’s story. Graham goes through some serious growth and Rikker continues to heal from a traumatic event five years ago. Rikker arrives to play on Grahams team and Graham pretends Rikker doesn’t exist. The angst and tension between the two is rough on the heart but the HEA is all worth it! Bella and Hartley are great friends of the two and help them out when Graham is unfortunately taken out of the game for the rest of the season. This story does have a not so accepting mom but makes up for a loving grandma and a very supportive mom in Mrs.Graham. Coach ends up being a positive leader who will protect all of his players no questions asked. The only disappointment I had was the ending. I felt everything wrapped up a little too quickly but that’s purely personal. I like an extended HEA. You will not be left full of answers.
