Historia
In this book, Riley scrutinizes the perspectives of athletes on the opposing side of this debate, deconstructing their arguments with science, facts, and logic. She also asks what has happened to free speech and dissent in this country, where it now seems nearly impossible to have a well-reasoned debate. And in telling her story, Riley reveals what’s at stake if the truth-seekers remain silent about the injustices women face from radical agendas.

The facts about biological differences between males and females
Revisado: 05-23-24
Excellent book. She lays out all the facts on why we as women need to speak up and protect/save female sports.

Historia
Now, most people have heard of ADHD and know someone who may have it. But lost in the discussion of both childhood and adult diagnosis of ADHD is the potential upside: Many hugely successful entrepreneurs and highly creative people attribute their achievements to ADHD. Also unknown to most are the recent research developments, including innovations that give a clearer understanding of the ADHD brain in action.

my favorite mindful meditation audio I've used. I like her use of chakras, breath, and setting an intention for each session.

understanding the root cause
Revisado: 05-15-19
this has been my favorite book on eating disorders and how to heal from them that I've ever read. I love the way Anita incorporate stories and then allows me to apply the stories to my life and my personal situation. I was able to clearly see my role in the stories and make a plan of action to start changing and healing.
