The information in this book is easily digestible and applicable for everyone. Matt and Amanda's CPA firm, Keystone CPA, are the strongest players in my REI team. I interviewed almost 40(!) CPAs searching for someone who understood real estate investing. Finally I found Keystone and right from the start I could tell that they are authorities on the subject. They have saved me So. Much. Money! I wish I had read this book when I started working with them 3 years ago.
