Historia
I’d always dreamed of my wedding day. But not like this. Not looking into the eyes of the man who betrayed me. But when my nephew’s guardianship is contested, I decide I’ll do whatever it takes to keep him in Rose Hill. Even if it means marrying the enemy. Rhys Dupris. A man who is secretive, broody, and completely infuriating. A man whose work takes him away for weeks on end and brings him back covered in mysterious bruises—ones he won’t talk about. In fact, we barely talk at all.

Love the audio version!

This book had me in some serious stress and a few moments of glassy eyes! Love the narration by the duet. I cannot wait to see what happens in Bash’s storyline!

Historia
In Do Nothing, award-winning journalist Celeste Headlee illuminates a new path ahead, seeking to institute a global shift in our thinking so we can stop sabotaging our well-being, put work aside, and start living instead of doing. As it turns out, we’re searching for external solutions to an internal problem. We won’t find what we’re searching for in punishing diets, productivity apps, or the latest self-improvement schemes. Yet all is not lost - we just need to learn how to take time for ourselves, without agenda or profit, and redefine what is truly worthwhile.

Historia
Mogel’s sage advice on parenting young children has struck a chord with thousands of readers and made her one of today’s most trusted parenting authorities. Now, in a longawaited followup, Mogel addresses the question she hears most frequently: what to do when those children become teenagers, their sense of independence and entitlement grows, the pressure to compete and succeed skyrockets, and communication becomes fraught with obstacles.

Narration needs work; message is powerful
Revisado: 04-16-21
It took a while to get through the book because the narration of the text was so dry and boring. However, I LOVED the content and all the examples. Plus, I gained a deeper insight into the Jewish faith and culture. It was truly a wonderful book to listen to when it comes to parenting. One thing the author shared was to meet your children where they are and never turn down time when they ask for it (even if you are tired!)
