So I watched the anime first and loved it and wanted more. Did a little research and someone said to just start from the beginning of the light novel series so that is what I did and thank god. It is a little slow to start but so was the anime. It is completely different from the anime but just as good!
I love the next chapter of ivy’s story now. I used to only listen to my audio books in the car but I am so hooked that it’s following me everywhere!
The voice actress is phenomenal and really makes the story come alive. She gives personality to each individual character and the slimes/adondera voices really shine. I will happily listen to other series she has recorded.
10/10 would recommend to anyone who enjoys the cozy fantasy adventure genre.

I cannot get over the voice acting like holy smokes brings the book to another level! Will definitely see what other books she has read!
