Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
Yes, as long as it is one of my friends who enjoy scifi/fantasy, because it has well developed characters and an interesting story line.
Have you listened to any of Stefan Rudnicki’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
I have heard him several times before and always enjoy his narration.

Audiobook scheduling conflicts eh?

Great book and series, narrator ruins it for me

Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?
I would definitely recommend this book in the written or e book format but not the audible version. Marsters, the previous narrator brought the stories alive and added greatly to the story by his handling of Dresden and the other characters. Glover is a great disappointment to me because he doesn't bring the characters to life like Marsters and if I had been able to preview the first chapter I would have bought the kindle edition instead. I have all of the previous books in audible format but if they don't bring Marsters back I won't be buying any more of the series in audible format. Audio books are more expensive to begin with so if the narrator isn't good then it's not worth buying the audio version. I am about 1/3 of the way through the audio book and am thinking seriously of stopping and buying the print version - that's how much I think the narrator detracts from the story.I can't even tell which character is speaking at times.If this is the first time you have listened to a Dresden story it might not be so bad but if you listen to one of the books narrated by Marsters you'll see how much more alive the story becomes.
Who was your favorite character and why?
Dresden because he is always interesting.
Would you be willing to try another one of John Glover???s performances?
No
Was Ghost Story worth the listening time?
No because of the change in narrator.
Any additional comments?
Bring back Marsters or future audio sales will definitely be affected.
