Historia
There are some odd things about Nate’s new apartment. Of course, he has other things on his mind. He hates his job. He has no money in the bank. No girlfriend. No plans for the future. So while his new home isn’t perfect, it’s livable. The rent is low, the property managers are friendly, and the odd little mysteries don’t nag at him too much. At least, not until he meets Mandy, his neighbor across the hall, and notices something unusual about her apartment. And Xela’s apartment. And Tim’s. And Veek’s.

Revisado: 03-18-16
Absolutely loved this book. Interesting believable characters with several twists and turns which were quite suspenseful.
I deliberately did not read the end chapter thanks to another reviewer's recommendation not too, and was so glad I was disciplined enough not to do this as it made the story even more unpredictable and exciting.
The narrator was fantastic!
Highly recommend.

Great Mystery.
Revisado: 02-28-16
Would you consider the audio edition of A Question of Inheritance to be better than the print version?
I have both and enjoy both editions. Audio is great when I am unable to sit and read though.
Who was your favorite character and why?
More than one favourite. Hugo, Freya and Fr Leo were interesting and intelligent.
Which character – as performed by Michael Page – was your favorite?
Michael Page was an excellent narrator for each character and I enjoyed his work.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Yes, and I carried my kindle around with me until it had finished.
Any additional comments?
I would love the series to continue, but sadly the author passed away on 11th January 2016, so don't know if there was a book 3 in the offing.
I would still recommend the first two though, and I will listen to them again as I love English mystery novels.

Historia
No One Would Listen is the exclusive story of the Harry Markopolos-lead investigation into Bernie Madoff and his $65 billion Ponzi scheme. While a lot has been written about Madoff's scam, few actually know how Markopolos and his team - affectionately called "the Fox Hounds" by Markopolos himself - uncovered what Madoff was doing years before this financial disaster reached its pinnacle. Unfortunately, no one listened, until the damage of the world's largest financial fraud ever was irreversible.

What an understatement! An amazing account by a truly remarkable man. I found myself not wanting to stop listening. It is a powerful book and I highly recommend.
Whilst I have no experience in the financial market the author has made it easy to understand and I have learnt a lot just by listening to his story.
The narrator was excellent and compelling.
Overall just brilliant!

Historia
Seven people might have murdered Eric Crowther, the mysterious recluse who lived in the gaunt house whose shadow fell across the White Cottage. Seven people had good cause. It was not lack of evidence that sent Detective Chief Inspector Challenor and his son Jerry half across Europe to unravel a chaos of clues. The White Cottage Mystery was Margery Allingham's first detective story, published initially as a newspaper serial.

Historia
Michael Hordern stars as Jeeves with Richard Briers as Bertie in this BBC Radio 4 full-cast dramatisation. The rural beauty of Steeple Bumpleigh holds no attractions for Bertie, containing (as it does) the appalling Aunt Agatha. But there is man's work to do and, with Jeeves at his side, how can Bertie fail?

Typical English
Revisado: 08-01-13
If you could sum up Jeeves in three words, what would they be?
Clever, intelligent and patient
Who was your favorite character and why?
Jeeves because he was able to solve any problem presented to him.
What about Michael Hordern and Richard Briers ’s performance did you like?
I love the typical over the top English accents and could picture Richard Brier in this role which made the performance doubly enjoyable. It suited him to a tee.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
It was very amusing and I look forward to listening to it often.
Any additional comments?
I will certainly obtain other books in this series particularly the dramatizations as I enjoy this droll type of humour.

Revisado: 08-01-13
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
Yes - it was so enjoyable and wonderful to hear Judy Garland singing. It was a delightful presentation with full sound effects.
Who was your favorite character and why?
Esther and Tootie as they played their characters so well. Especially Tootie as the younger sister and the antics she got up to.
What about Judy Garland and Margaret O'Brien ’s performance did you like?
When Esther was comforting Tootie when they thought they were moving to New York. They were so believable.
Any additional comments?
I even enjoyed the ads as they were something new to me even though we have Lux Flakes in Aust I was unaware there had been a shortage during this period. The information about the returning Service Personnel from WW2 was also interesting. I love these little snippets of information. I am now looking forward to listening to more of these productions.
