Literally one of the best books I've ever heard.

1. Narration is throughly top notch ( Travis Baldree is one of the best )
2. Storyline is extremely well executed.
3. A good balance of character and world building.
4. Moments of hilarity that literally had me in tears. ( The ghost scene in his bedroom is....... no spoilers; )

I enjoyed this book very much. First off the narration is top notch. The MC is not some overpowering d-bag and has a good supporting cast and it has Demons, Sex and Magic. Simple and concise.

Way to upbeat for an Apocalyptic scenario

I have enjoyed this series but there are several glaring problems for me. One the book for the most part is way to upbeat. Luke Daniels is a great narrator but his tone is almost jovial throughout the book. Two, how do you wake up from pretty much being dead for weeks in one realm and wake up in another with no plan. Three is the main character is not a leader, at least one I wouldn't follow. He is an idiot with no foresight whatsoever. This is a book for teens and younger kids. I myself don't feel like I can relate with the story or main character anymore as an adult. It's a rainbow brite adventure with lit rpg mixed in.

The only complaint that I have is that the MC's internal dialogue gets some what mixed up with the ongoing situation or conversation that he is currently having. Other than that I really enjoyed the book and the direction it's going.

I really enjoyed this next edition of the world. My only critiques are as follows. The breaking up of the chapters didn't make sense, to me and the story didn't progress as far as I thought it should have. It only progressed a day and a half. I appreciate the details and intrigue, but maybe focusing on story progression a little more would be better. I feel like I should have gotten more. Spoiler alert and the part with the badger kin is leading to something I know but it should be part of the post credits. The part with Julie( the evil bitch) should have been expanded upon and been the last chapter. All that being said I really enjoyed this book and recommended it to others.

The MC is a whinny baby and the book just ends....

Not sure what the author was thinking with some parts of this book. I enjoyed some of it, but all the whining and indecision by the MC was just terrible. He has a magic book that make his dreams come true and acts like a complete idiot with it. Then to top it all off the book literally just ends, like bam the end. I don't return many books but will be returning this one.
