An amazing history lesson
Revisado: 02-01-25
I love this book. Time will tell if Corso is a man who found himself in the middle of the most amazing time in history, or is just a great story teller. I believe the first. Even if you ignored the UFO aspects, this is an amazing class in how technology started and somehow took a leap forward. If you want to know how electricity was captured by Edison and ultimately the micro chip. It it a complete learning experience.

Historia
As we approach the 70th anniversary of the most significant UFO event of all time, best-selling author Donald R. Schmitt takes a fresh look at the renowned incident. Previous books on Roswell, including his, have focused on the witnesses, their families, and the history of the case. Cover-Up at Roswell catalogs the extreme measures the US government exercised to suppress the truth. How they silenced military witnesses clearly demonstrates their need to prevent the facts from leaking out.

Best overall account of what really happened. The tenacity of the authors in seeking out witnesses and the truth is remarkable

Historia
Every day without fail, Travis Devine puts on a cheap suit, grabs his faux-leather briefcase, and boards the 6:20 commuter train to Manhattan, where he works as an entry-level analyst at the city’s most prestigious investment firm. In the mornings, he gazes out the train window at the lavish homes of the uberwealthy, dreaming about joining their ranks. In the evenings, he listens to the fiscal news on his phone, already preparing for the next grueling day in the cutthroat realm of finance. Then one morning Devine’s tedious routine is shattered by an anonymous email: She is dead.

Good mystery

Good story and characters. A bit of a soft ending but I’m ready for the next book
