Historia
Will Guidara was twenty-six when he took the helm of Eleven Madison Park, a struggling two-star brasserie that had never quite lived up to its majestic room. Eleven years later, EMP was named the best restaurant in the world. How did Guidara pull off this unprecedented transformation? Radical reinvention, a true partnership between the kitchen and the dining room—and memorable, over-the-top, bespoke hospitality.

Great insight into the growth of restaurants. Digestible and entertaining. Appreciated the attention to detail when it came to successes and failures

Historia

Short listen but wonderful
Revisado: 10-18-24
The interweaving of past and present.
This is the second book from this author that I listened and was pleasantly surprised that it spoke of a current time and spoke of modern issues of racial prejudices from a Latino perspective. But still very American.
