Stirred my maker soul

I'm a long time fan of Adam Savage's, and, yet, this book unexpectedly wowed me.
I'm a maker of quilts, of furniture, of food, of doll clothing, of children's clothes, of slipcovers, but parenting has back-burnered those activities for some time. This book stirred my soul and reminded me what joy there is in making.
He talks lists and momentum, workshop philosophy, purchasing tools, visual communication, collaboration, taking risks and "failure" using a personal stories to illustrate his points.
I have already listened to this book twice through and can see myself returning to it whenever I need a maker boost.
Adam describes himself as a permission machine: I would add that this book is an inspiration machine.
