In my case, it was a guide that brought all the knowledge I was acquiring over last year's.
I ended up again in a narcissistic relationship. Now I know it was due to me growing up with a wonderful, very talented mother who suffered from schizophrenia and suicide herself as a result.
I had many others very traumatic experiences but I wanted to find a way to relieve the iner pain and live and create a happy, peaceful life.
I wanted to be able to recognize the triggers and manage them whenever the anxiety and pain was arriving.
Self-observation, reading, learning more and more. Self-evaluation, self-healing.... this book combined it all!!!
Now I see how important the 5 years of our childhood are and how it shapes our beliefs, personality, and future choices.
How empowering to know we can reprogram our inner beliefs, work on our subconscious level and live a happy life enlightened and in a harmony with ourselves, nature and others.
My energy goes to all of you who feel the need to connect again with the inner, bright light we all have in us.
