I am lost for words...

This is an extremely beautiful, but heartbreaking story not likely to leave me.

My shirt is soaked down the front from catching a flod of tears, my eyes red an swollen.

I know no other author who can do this to me, Emma Scott is truely a master at her craft...

One of my absolute favorites

I've read and loved this book a while back. Imagine my excitement when I realized it had been turned into an audiobook.

The story on it's own is warm and full of love. The characters well developed. The plot sweet and with one of my favorite tropes - secret baby. Added to that a sports romance and I was sold.

As always Nikki Ash delivers.

Take that and put it together with Tim Paige's awesome narration, and I have a new certain re-listen ready and waiting.

Figure skating for the win

I have always been a fan of figure skating and this story only made my love of the sport greater.
The chemistry between these characters is palpable, the banter hillarious.
It is obvious to me, that the author did her homework and as with everyone of her books, the power is in the details.
I loved this story...

Fun, sexy shorts, but narration was not for ME

Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?

I would recommend this book to others, but not as an audiobook. The narration was way over the top and resembled a bad porn.

What other book might you compare College Girls and Older Women to and why?

I have no comparison, since this is my first book in this genre.

How could the performance have been better?

The performance was good in places, but when it came to the sexy parts (which were many) it was so over the top, that I found it funny in stead of hot.

If this book were a movie would you go see it?

I might.

Lauren Rowe you slay me!

Hero, just... Hero!

This book is everything, every bloody little thing, I could ever want in a book.
At eight percent I was on emotional overload. I have absolutely NO IDEA how to put in to words what this story did to me.

Firefighter Colby Morgan is broken in body and mind after an accident during a rescue but when a dark angle enters his hospital room peace settles over him and he is determined to win her heart, soul and body.

Right! Review...... *stares in to blank space*

Lauren Rowe knows how to tell a story and she knows how to build characters. This is not news to me. But this book is in a different dimension from her earlier work. I feel like she took everything good from every other book she has written and put it in to this one story.

- It is emotional like nobodys business.
- It is funny like you wouldn't believe.
- It breaks you.
- And it warms your very soul.

How I wish I owned a poets skills so I could properly express how Hero moved me. I don't unfortunately so you will just have to experience it yourself...

I for one am owned by this story tonight, drained dry, and in need of tissues and a shot of rum.

And when all that is said, the audio, the fabulousness of the narration done by John Lane and Lauren herself is pure perfection.

Fancy three hot brothers?

Three Brothers is a light, but hot listen.
Eventhough this book deals with loss and conflicting emotions it is not a complicated or heavy read. It is one of those stories you pick up, when you want a short, uncomplicated afternoon of entertainment - just remember to plug in the headphones if kids are around ;-)

The narrator does a good job giving each character their own voice so it's easy to keep up with all the players, which could be difficult with four main characters.

I would definitely pick up a story from this author or narrator again.

First of all the preformance by the narrator was good, I really like her interpretation of the story.
I wasn't the biggest fan of the first book in this series, but this one had me listening, when I should have been sleeping.
I did find the h a bit naive and maybe weak through the book and parts of the story I would probably have left out, but overall it was entertaining and I was hooked...

Sweet story but not much else...

If you are looking for a light, entertaining listen, look no further.
I had some issues with the natrator. She might have been English or from the states, but to me she sounded kind of Australian. Nothing against The Aussies, but it should have been English English....
The story in it self didn't move me much. I mean, the writing had flow and the plot sounded great but I just couldn't engage, didn't have all the feels, that this storyline could have given me.
Unfotunately I can't put my finger on, what I feel was missing, because as I said earlier, the foundation is there, I just couldn't commit.
