Historia
This global epidemic is not merely a case of working too hard or feeling physically exhausted for an extended period of time. According to physician, executive coach, and speaker Neha Sangwan—an expert empowering corporate leaders and organizational teams to excel under pressure—burnout is due to prolonged stress and an ongoing net drain of energy on one or more of five levels: physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual.

Artificial intelligence is smarter than humans. It can process information at lightning speed and remain focused on specific tasks without distraction. AI can see into the future, predicting outcomes and even use sensors to see around physical and virtual corners. So why does Intelligence frequently get it so wrong? The answer is us. Humans design the algorithms that define the way that AI works and the processed information reflects an imperfect world.

Historia
Have you ever wondered "Why did I do that?" or "Why can't I just control my behavior?" Others may judge our reactions and think, "What's wrong with that person?" When questioning our emotions, it's easy to place the blame on ourselves; holding ourselves and those around us to an impossible standard. It's time we started asking a different question. Through deeply personal conversations, Oprah Winfrey and renowned brain and trauma expert Dr. Bruce Perry offer a groundbreaking and profound shift from asking “What’s wrong with you?” to “What happened to you?”

Historia
In The Black Swan Taleb outlined a problem, and in Antifragile he offers a definitive solution: how to gain from disorder and chaos while being protected from fragilities and adverse events. For what Taleb calls the "antifragile" is actually beyond the robust, because it benefits from shocks, uncertainty, and stressors, just as human bones get stronger when subjected to stress and tension. The antifragile needs disorder in order to survive and flourish. Taleb stands uncertainty on its head, making it desirable, even necessary, and proposes that things be built in an antifragile manner.

Mind stirring and interesting paradigm breaker
Revisado: 05-02-21
A complex, yet very interesting stand point on questioning what science, economy, politics, medicine and society as a whole take as valid, "proven" and robust.
Taleb's authentic, bold and wise point of view blew my mind and made me question a lot of paradigms and the "ethics" behind many of the decission and policy makers in our times.
A must read, even more in this "black swan" pandemic time.

Useful tools
Revisado: 04-19-18
I read "Being you, changing the world" before this book.
Most of the concepts (which are VERY useful and I love) are the same, but in "Money isn't the problem, you are" they are more focused on the abundance factor.
I like the practical use of all the tools shared.
The narrator and/or the editing of the audio have some flaws, but the content is what's important.
