The Blue version is more streamlined!

The one with the blue and red cover, The Silva Mind Control Method, makes no reference to ESP or anything spectacular in the title, but covers the same stuff. The difference is that it's streamlined and spare. This one is like a sales seminar and spends too much time on testimonials and opinions to the detriment of talking about the program. I'm only through the first few chapters, but I think I should stop and return it - I already bought the other. It's hard to know where they'll overlap because there's no clear delineation about what's what, but I can tell you that this one is clunky.

if I could ignore it until I went to sleep and just listened to it while sleeping I'm sure it would be great, but it irritated me before zi could get to sleep, hearing him say intuitiomS in okay like 5 times in a 2 minute span prevented me from leaving it on, and/or falling aaleep.

Every time I read one of her books, I forgot how even though they are short of slow and folksy, the character development really makes a great story.

most of the AI stories I've read this year strike too close to home and leave me with a sense of impending doom. they showed me a different vantage point that maybe there are good things that can come of it.

Sweetest time loop romance ever!

I think this may be the first African-American time loop romance I've ever read, but it's so universal. I think I didn't know that both characters were even Black until a couple of loops around! LOL. Heck - I didn't catch on that Puerto Rican Franny (Francisco) was a boy for the first 25 minutes or so! LOL. It's a sweet, sweet story, that is ostensible written for teens, but I'm a 50 year-old teacher and it hit me just as hard. Loved it!

Single best in giving conversational plateau!

Awesome! Real, usable, real-life conversation and listening practice as well. Unlike other programs that teach you just travel phrases, this is just a couple of people shooting the breeze in Spanish. Natural vocabulary. Love it. and think it can get me over that hump from intermediate Spanish and stilted repetitive speech, by listening to real talk.

This sequel to The Dead detective doesn't disappoint. I think it's better than the first book even, and I really hope they continue to write more books for the series.
