I’m only partly into the book but it’s a struggles. The women narrator isn’t terrible but her male voices are good. The male narrator is just all wrong for this book. The story is pretty good but doesn’t really flow.

The narration by the male is not good. He has a deep voice but doesn’t sound manly. He also sounds horrible doing the female parts. Duel narration would’ve been better. The story was fine.

Terrible female narrator

This female narrator sounds like a robot. Some times she’s okay but mostly she’s terrible which makes listening to the book less enjoyable. I liked the story though and the male narrator was perfect.

I’ve been waiting to hear Xander’s story. The narrators were amazing! I’ve enjoyed all the “Butcher Boys” stories. This one didn’t disappoint! All of Nicci Harris’s book have such great stories without not too much inter-dialog or angst! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

The story was good and what can I say, Elena Wolfe is as awesome as ever but the male narrator got on my nerves. He just sounded so choppy. His voice wasn’t bad but it’s like he’s not a very good reader. Everywhere there should be a comma, it’s like he reads it with a period. So annoying. For me good narration is a must!
