Historia
I almost didn't publish Love Yourself Like Your Life Depends on It. I was terrified. Here I was, a CEO who'd fallen apart after his company failed, writing a book about how loving himself saved him. I thought I'd be a laughing stock and my career would be finished. But I stepped through the fears and shared my truth with the world. What happened next changed my life. The book went viral. Amazing people all over shared it online and on social media. They bought copies for friends and family. They wrote heartfelt reviews. For some, this book literally saved their lives.

This is a book to the people living in hell
Revisado: 11-18-19
I already know that i had to love myself, And i tried my best to make it possible, After one month i was feeling good and with love. but then reality hitted me. And all the love i felt turn into hate again. and i wanted to give up. because this world is not worth loving anyways i told me. But somehow i could not. i was lost, in the past i had a lot of pain and suffering so i thought, just give up, but somehow i could not give up 100%, maybe i was too weak and scared to die. but what could i do? Everything turn to shit. everything i don´t care about comes to me and whatever i want or love i just lose it. over and over and over again. So if i love myself would that mean i would lose myself aswell?
What is the point of loving myself if it does not change anything in my life? But somehow in my heart i really wish i could love myself. So i bought this book.
This book was short and impactful. Some other books on Self help spend 11 hours talking about nonsense to come to the conclusion that you have to love yourself. and they don´t go in deep on the subject.
This book might not seem for you, because to be honest it sounds cliche. "Love Yourself" to be honest it sounds stupid. But when i have nothing, No Love, no one to trust, no one to be honest with then what can i do? my family sucks, my friends are good people but i can not trust them, and im too pathetic to get a girlfriend. So what can a hopeless person do?
I wanted to atleast make myself proud, it sound stupid, but i dont want people to suffer like i did. i don´t want people to feel hopeless in this world. Somehow this world is hell for some people, and its unfair. Fyodor Dostoyevsky said "Pain and suffering are always inevitable for a large intelligence and a deep heart. The really great men must, I think, have great sadness on earth.”
But when will this stupid suffering stop? Im not planing to become Buddha or Jesus, But i think something has to be done. i want to give love to the people that need it. But in order to give love i have to first love myself right?
So if you feel like you have suffered enough and feel hopeless, then why don´t try it? i Just listened to it, and the tips are valuable. its similar to what i heard before and that why i believe in it. Telling yourself i love myself every second might be the best part. to make it a habit to every second remind yourself that you love yourself. The book cost only 3 dollars, but it might help you and others around you. better to try than live in misery the rest of your life. i mean what do you have to lose anyways when life is already hell?

Historia
In this engrossing journey into the lives of psychopaths and their infamously crafty behaviors, the renowned psychologist Kevin Dutton reveals that there is a scale of "madness" along which we all sit. Incorporating the latest advances in brain scanning and neuroscience, Dutton demonstrates that the brilliant neurosurgeon who lacks empathy has more in common with a Ted Bundy who kills for pleasure than we may wish to admit, and that a mugger in a dimly lit parking lot may well, in fact, have the same nerveless poise as a titan of industry.

it was interrestunh but it missed something
Revisado: 06-25-19
i mean it was good but it did get a guide for how to be a little psychopathic. The reason I s
bought this book was to be able to be fearless and bold as a Psychopath. and the only real information I got was that the author became it for a short time. But never told us how be can do it. that was what was bad with this book. and it was repetitive. it's important to say things many time so it gets stuck in the head but I felt like i lost 5 hours pretty much just listening to stupid reaseaches. which were interesting but, what was the point if I can't become one? I mean information is just information until you do something with it. and this was just 100% information nothing more. thanks for the book but I would have rather listened to half the book and then get to action.
but if you guys want the boring information that you will probably not use in the future then it's a good book. but this feel like my advance math classes with useless formulas that made me "smarter" but are really pointless.

What can i say that has not already been told?
Revisado: 05-15-19
This audiobook gave me a whole new perception on selling. it is sad that so many people hate sellers and looks at them as bad people and cheater and liars which some are. and it's sad that normal people that really want to succeed in sale have to brake those barriers people put. but I mean this books gives you the information about how to do it and the mindset you need to be able to keep it up.

Historia
The Courage to Be Disliked, already an enormous best seller in Asia with more than 3.5 million copies sold, demonstrates how to unlock the power within yourself to be the person you truly want to be. Using the theories of Alfred Adler, one of the three giants of 20th-century psychology, The Courage to Be Disliked follows an illuminating conversation between a philosopher and a young man. The philosopher explains to his pupil how each of us is able to determine our own life, free from the shackles of past experiences, doubts, and the expectations of others.

Wow Not what i expected
Revisado: 10-02-18
Wow. im in my search for true freedom and picked thia book, because i felt like i did not had any confidence and were always trying to seek approval and get validation from everyone. It felt like even if i got approval from everyone. i am always trying hard to be "cool" and be the perfect guy for everyone, trying to make people laugh, reading books about how to be successful because i wanted to be loved by everyone. and believe it or not i even felt i wanted to be hated by many people also i want to be looked up to and get people jealous of me. with other words i wanted to be known by every single person in the world. and i still want that, but.
This book was against all my believes and still i felt like i could understand the meaning of it.
I have only read it once and feel different i dont know what im feeling. i still want validation like before and want to be known by everyone but. its not exactly the same. i dont know what it is but its different. i feel like im getting closer to my freedom after reading this. i still have much resistance but i feel like reading this again will change me more than i ever would imagine

Revisado: 08-12-18
well he made an effort and had a lot of energy when reading but the knowledge was nothing special. Just approach, approach, approach, and approach. Sure it was a good advice that you here everywhere but thats as far at it gets. i liked that it said to not use pickup lines and to be honest which is better but thats it. nothing new. its like the advice "Be yourself and grown some balls" but well atleast he tried and the book was cheap so yeah

Very good book
Revisado: 08-12-18
It lets you know why it is important to be yourself even tho it might be hard. It is better to suffer for being honest and true to yourseöf and others than to suffer for betraying yourself.

Doing things that are "unmoral" is not always bad!
Revisado: 01-08-17
a book that explains things that we humans are afraid to accept but we know it's true. we all have ego and try to think that we are different by not accepting it. but the more you accept does the more true to yourself you become. the books explains thing that we sometimes do and are not willing to accept but once we do, we understand that the world and humans will not change, we maybe think that we are different but we are not. so instead of trying to be a "good" person we should live as we want. 48 law of power is a book that will open eyes and will also be a protection from yourself and other people. The more you know about yourself the more easier you can accept it and control it. some of those law are about yourself and getting rid of your "morals" implanted by society.
