Elementary Story

The story is interesting enough to keep going but there are times you just want to skip a bunch. The author tries to make the 2 main characters very interesting but just. does not develop them well. He tries to capitalize on the experience of a Naval officer and an enlisted ex-seal but he makes them seem like they never had any experience because they continually just seem to have no clue as to what is going on. There are other times when the story just rambles on a subject that should be covered in 2 min yet it takes 10 mins to move on so the story just drags on and is frustrating. The author should make the characters the level of experience he tries to portray not rudimentary, inexperienced plain old guys.

Actually an interesting plot without the standard hunter killers. It also is accurate with descriptions of places and of actual diving practices which is very pleasing to those of us that do dive.

The Gray Man won't disappoint

Another great Gray Man Thriller. As usually he performs amazingly and the story is very entertaining. It definitely holds your interest and waiting for more. The only downside is a couple of time allot of action thrown in when a little less would make it a tad more believable, but then I guess it would not be the "Gray Man"!

I don't usually write reviews, I have over 500 book in my library but this was a great surprise. A fully developed character that you are engaged with from the beginning. The excitement makes you want to speed the book up so you can find out what is around the corner. For a first book in a series and I am truly hoping this is one of many for the Heroine it was very entertaining.
