So disappointing!

I enjoyed the first two books, but this one was so frustrating. Fran Jules did an awesome job, but the story just killed it. This was supposed to be enemies to lovers, but it was mostly bullying and sexism to the extreme. Rory may have tried to fight Connor, but he and his misogyny won almost every time. Even her dad & brothers let her be taken advantage of time & again, only taking up for her near the end. Too little too late for me. Where was a strong mother, grandma, Aunt or someone to speak up & stand up. I was very disappointed. The HEA rang hollow. There needs to be believeable redemption and I just didn't feel it. The h was a doormat & the H was a bully.
