Finally found a new love

Been looking for a new series to capture my heart, OMG this one did it..I love a good story with twists, action is paramount, and a good companionship of strength and pain....this one has it all...yes there are some steamy spots, but done well, passionately and not sleezy at all...pure rank and crudeness will turn me away, or at least in some book I will fast forward. I really like the length and thoroughness of the story , and , well I'm extremally picky about narrators, this one did an amazing job, this series will be put in my Fav file!! and more than likely like my other favorites will get relistened to many times in the years to come...I think ill explore more of this authors books as well.

Great new series, even better narrator

I was in a slump, couldnt find any new interests, I stumbled upon this book by searching my fav narrators, I was so excited, love the story even tho is is similar to some others, but yet its still its own...Im so looking forward to enjoying the rest of the series.

Love the Story, killed it with the narrator

I love Elisabeth Evans, I truly got wrapped up in the first book, totally downloaded the second before finishing the 1st....boy was I shocked when I heard the new narrator!!! All i seen was Elisabeth, and didnt think anything on it being a different one..OMG, such a great story to be destroyed by this one thing, should have never changed the narrator...I did read one persons advise on speading it up (never done this before) I actually speed mine to 1.10x and can tolorate it enough to stick with it...One thing I totally cant stand is when an author changes narrators mid series, a great way to destroy a good series alone....so sad...I will wait for a next book just because of a narrator....get in a hurry and you will turn people off you awesome story.

Only Porn at its best

I really loved the 1st book, When this one was released I was so thrilled.......now, so, so very dissapointed. Very slow, and I have skip 2/3 rd of most chapters, I dont mind some romance in a well writen novel, adventure with a good , and strong charcter...but really, full on detail porn,....almost every chapter!! I finally decided to return, i just cannot finish, 1/2 through , plugged into my ears as I worked and realized after an hour, I couldnt tell you much more than it was mostly those two having sex or whining.....no, Hurts my heart to see such an awesome strong story line go straight down the drain, heck Id even named my last foal after Nyktos...just to much on the PORN!! If you had stuck more to the actual characters and the adventure...well it would have been so much more.

truly heart breaking

From her past works, I was so excited, for being one of my fav authors, I could barely get through this, the story was a good direction, but too predictable and just had to many ideologies inserted. To be YA, I was shocked. The narrator was just horrible. It was like listening to a California Valley girl having a temper tantrum all the time.

OMG...😂😂😂, The wit, and writing is subpurb!! the narrator was a perfect match, cannot wait for the next one. Any middle aged woman who just want some good laughs and somewhat can relate, don't pass this one up!

Really!?!

I started this series, liking the story line...enough to continue. It was a very well imagined and had sooo much potential. Sadly, I figured the main character being young and unknown to whom she was why she was portrayed as she was , very , very immature and annoying..OMG....but it she only got WORSE as the books went on, Id assumed the author would give her an air of maturing as the series unraveled.....but i barley made it through the last book...and only because of the story itself I stuck it out...It would have been far better if the main character would have shown more maturity and stopped the horrible drug out whining.....I really wanted to enjoy it...but now i feel i just wasted my money....Even thought it was a YA series....it was still worse than ive ever read.
