Great story and characters
Revisado: 02-23-24
The books started a bit slow and a little confusing how it jumped between time but after the first few chapters it really took off. Loved the characters, the story and the plot twists. Highly recommend.

Great narration
Revisado: 03-29-23
Great narration and the “effects” were not overbearing. I was not a fan of the story. I listened to the end and I wasn’t ever really surprised or excited about a turn of events. The characters didn’t have a lot of depth. Overall an okay listen.

Historia
It was just a random mutation - one of a billion that happen in viruses every day. But this one was different. It exploded out of Somalia and spread across the oceans before anybody thought to look up from their cell phones to see what was going on. The infected breathed the virus into the air around them, spreading it through the cities faster than anyone thought possible. Hospitals were overwhelmed. Police lines crumbled. Quarantine sites disintegrated. Cities started to collapse.

Great purchase
Revisado: 09-22-22
I kept this in my wishlist for way to long. Some of the negative reviews kept me from purchasing but I’m so glad I spent a credit on a TON of value with this box set.
The narrator did a fantastic job. The story was engaging, pretty “realistic” and a fresh take on zombie stories. I loved the characters and their development. Highly recommend!

Great read / listen
Revisado: 07-19-22
I’ve listened to all of the books in this series and this was one of my favorites. It was joyous, heart wrenching, and a real page turner. Without any spoilers, I understand the plot design and the reason for the choices made by the author and I wait with baited breath for the next and final story.

Distracting
Revisado: 12-05-19
I was not a fan of this production. There were annoying repetitive sound bites and much of the dialogue seemed forced. I only finished it so I would know the story before moving on to the next in the series.

Historia
The tale begins in Dark Age Britain, a land where Arthur has been banished and Merlin has disappeared, where a child-king sits unprotected on the throne, where religion vies with magic for the souls of the people. It is to this desperate land that Arthur returns, a man at once utterly human and truly heroic: a man of honor, loyalty, and amazing valor; a man who loves Guinevere more passionately than he should; a man whose life is at once tragic and triumphant.
