stay away. unless you want to read about another pathetic loser who fails at everything he does. its like the author hates his Mc and tries to think up more and more ways to humiliate and belittle him. shame, cuz samurai stories are such an entertaining niche. then on top of this all... the worst narrator was found to do it. if you don't know how to pronounce a word, there's this thing called Google. you should try it. wtf

Changed narrator on book 6? and not for the better... huge mistake. Mr monotone, same voice for eve r y character. and to top it off release half a book for same price. In a world where dozens of good books are releases daily, you gave up what made you stand out. multiple times I had to restart chapters because I stopped paying attention from boredom. kept going in hopes that next book will be back to todd.

my last novel in the series i will read. between the fact that by now u know exactly what is going to happen next, and the fact that reading about a chrachter that is such an idiot is mind numbing, also the gaston charachter is so unplausable its sad. he was raised by 2 great people but turns to the dark side? come on. be original. this book blows. took me 2 months to fight thru

worst ive listened to in a long time....

did not finish. narrator was boring story had no purpose . no action no comedic points nothing to get u wrapped up in story. if you dont write down everybodies names, to refer back to, you will get lost. will not get next book. which is sad because i had really high hopes....
