I really loved how Rob, ( I feel like,I call him Rob as would as friend) slowly discovered his calling as an actor and I think he's right you have to be honest with yourself and your craft to succeed. Humorous, wry and witty sprinkled with wise advice and great behind the scenes antedotes for anyone who is yearning to become an actor.
