Historia
In Compromised, Strzok draws on lessons from a long career - from his role in the Russian illegals case that inspired The Americans to his service as lead FBI agent on the Mueller investigation - to construct a devastating account of foreign influence at the highest levels of our government. And he grapples with a question that should concern every U.S. citizen: When a president appears to favor personal and Russian interests over those of our nation, has he become a national security threat?

Well read by the author himself.
Revisado: 09-09-20
This was read effectively by the author. Very well written also. This book brings a lot more clarity to the complex investigations of Crossfire Hurricane, Mid Year exam, and the Mueller Report. The ADHD news cycle doesn't allow much for in-depth understanding. The story of the Illegals was fascinating, too.

Great Nove, Perfect Performance
Revisado: 09-17-11
The Neon Rain, the first in the Robicheaux series, perfectly captures the texture of the Deep South. Its rich and subdued prose couples perfectly with the understated and richly complex characters. The story is original but familiar enough to allow noir fans to settle right in for a dark, intelligent tale. What really makes this an audiobook worth having is the pairing of the language with the Narration (read performance) of Will Patton, whose spot-on Southern tempo and gentle accent turn this audiobook from a prose reading to a poetry performance.
