Wonderful plot and character development

Nora is the master of character development. I feel like I knew each person. The plot was mysterious enough that it left you hanging on waiting to see what happens.

Wonderful Narrator and OK Story

Narrator was superb and my new favorite narrator. Good story for various reasons. Reminds me of how stupid and hurtful men are and how they never get over being immature whinny little children.

Disappointing

The first part starts out with people talking with thee and thy and I barely made it through the chapter. The characters were improbable and stereotypes were overdone. Made it to chapter 5.

One of the Best I have Listened to

My life has been broken since age 4, when my parents rejected who I was. I have buried that for 63 years and it has affected my relationships throughout that time. I have occasionally brought that out and attempted to deal with it.

So when I started listening to this story I said multiple times to the main characters, stop whining. That has always been my response to other broken people to keep from having to deal with my own issues. As the story progressed I learned to love the characters and I cried multiple times throughout the story as I saw myself reflected in their lives.

It takes place in Italy which is a favorite country of mine. As they went on their journey of self-discovery and healing I was there with them.

This story was not only wonderful for the character development but it also provided some healing in my own life. It will be just a little easier to now accept that I am not unlovable.

Wonderful and Heartwarming

I liked the ranch and would like to be there from the vivid description. The story line reinforces the concept that you will never know your true love could come into your life at any point.

Only made it through Chapter 5

The story might rate higher than a 3 star but the narrator did a cringe worthy job of creating a southern accent. I could not get beyond chapter 5 without exiting the app.
