Historia
Samantha is a professional seductress and con artist with a heart of gold. If she talked about her work, she’d tell you she only pilfers organs for medical research and that she only takes one kidney, and she only steals those kidneys from dishonest people. It’s hell on her social life. Abe is the doctor and Sam's partner in crime. He isn’t much of a criminal. Except for the kidney stealing. But he’s using that money to fund his research that he anticipates will be able to cure diabetes. So, all for a good cause...? You decide. Of course, it's hell on his social life.

Exactly what I needed.
Revisado: 10-30-20
So funny and fun. The story was Steve Martin “Dead Men don’t Wear Plaid” funny. The acting was amazing. I felt like I was watching a movie. When Meg Ryan pops in it feels like the action pauses and steps on to the side of the screen or turns from a table in a diner to give you information. I have been in love with Meg Ryan for most of my life. Maybe someday I will meet her. I was recommending this book before I finished it. Thank you for this book.

Historia
I'm a survivor living in a post-apocalyptic world. I live deep in the ocean, and that's how we all survived the world's greatest catastrophe known to man. I'd often dreamt of a normal life, but sadly, that wasn't what fate had in store for me. Where do I even begin? Let's start from the beginning, shall we? My name is Sky Hammons, and this is my story.

This book is punishment
Revisado: 04-03-15
I had to force myself to finish this book. The writing its sophomoric at best. She used just about every cliche available. She constantly used vernacular that would have faded after so many years in isolation. There were no idioms that would have naturally came about in a closed society. Then there is the narration. Oh my Lord, take the candy out of your mouth before you start narrating a story, Her cadence was horrible. It was like a bad Christopher Walken impersonation. Breaths on the wrong places and conversations not broken up, but ran together as if from one character. Inconsistent attempts to make different voices permeated this book. I have heard better line delivery at elementary school plays. I wouldn't recommend this to someone I disliked.

I didn't know this was a zombie book when I started it. Thought provoking. Fantastic. I have started a paper based upon the places this book took my mind. It has caused me to think the entire genre of zombie literature. I believe that there is an idea working here that perhaps many of the authors of this genre may not even be aware resides in the genre. I believe that this author may at least have an inkling.

Could have used a few less f-bombs. The narrator was great, but the recording didn't seem edited very well. Pauses and gaps.
