Historia
Coexisting but conflicting needs create self-sabotaging behaviors. This is why we resist efforts to change, often until they feel completely futile. But by extracting crucial insight from our most damaging habits, building emotional intelligence by better understanding our brains and bodies, releasing past experiences at a cellular level, and learning to act as our highest potential future selves, we can step out of our own way and into our potential.

Mountain of learning
Revisado: 12-14-22
At first this started like every other self help book I've read, but then as I listened I noticed the difference.
I love the author's Authenticity. It is refreshing And it provided me with valuable knowledge that I have been looking for. I am an energy worker and I am a spiritual coach yet I was finding, A lacking and myself. This book was just the inspiration and motivation that I needed to make the change within and to move the mountain of myself.
The narration is really good and easy to follow along with. Why do you recommend this book.

I've always wanted to read this book I chose to get the audible version I can tell you that it is a very very difficult to stay hooked in to.
There are some amazing points in this book that I truly resignated withAnd I'm very thankful for Dolores's work work and I'm and I truly am a fan of hers.
If you get this audible this audible remember that we have way more information now than at the time that she wrote this book and so some of it is repeated this is a great starting point, With a very basic insight.
When Dolores is telling us her thoughts on the matter no matter and opinions It will then repeat those thoughts and the next sentence as a question to the being so it is very repetitive and I found that annoying personally.
There is a lot about Atlantis and it is interesting.

Kabbalah. The word itself is feminine, meaning "receiving", yet women have long been excluded from the pursuit of this Jewish mystical tradition. In The Woman's Kabbalah, Rabbi Tirzah Firestone opens a treasury of meditations and practices especially for women interested in this path to inner knowing. Through chant, meditation, and journaling, you will learn how to spark, explore, and express your spiritual self according to the Kabbalah's once-guarded instructions.

I truly love and appreciate this work. I have just been recently been searching and finding who I am. I do yoga and meditation and feel that Rabbi Tirzah helped me so much to see what I was missing in my meditation. I feel more complete and of course will continue what I have learned.
I did a section every day. I would love to have a year worth of her teaching!

Historia
Dr. Rankin discovered the health care she had been taught was missing something: a recognition of the body’s innate ability to self-repair. Using cases of spontaneous healing, Dr. Rankin shows how thoughts, feelings, and beliefs can alter the body’s physiology. She lays out the data proving that loneliness, pessimism, depression, fear, and anxiety damage the body, while intimate relationships, gratitude, meditation, sex, and authentic self-expression flip on the body’s self-healing processes.

I loved this book! it is very well written and easy to follow. The reader did an amazing job with the flow and has the perfect voice.
I've been studying the parasympathetic system in yoga training and was elated to hear about it here. I know I'm on the right path to healing. A positive mindset is the key.
