I just started Extreme Weight Loss Hypnosis for Women about a week ago, and I’m honestly surprised at how different this feels from everything else I’ve tried. I’ve been stuck in the cycle of diets, guilt, and emotional eating for years—but this approach feels… calmer.

I recently listened to this audiobook that tries to break down the universe in simple terms. The PDF bonus is huge help illustrating how the various moves are to be carried out. This book bundle goes way beyond the exercises and gives a history, tips on breathing, meditation, and diet. The author covers the connection between yoga and wall Pilates and how they work together. There is a section for more advanced moves as well. This is all very helpful and motivating for my 60+year-old self!
