reasonably good story, terrible audio

The audio for this sounded like it was read by a synthetic voice or voice piped through auto tune. pretty sure the performer was human, and the performance itself was ok, but really awkward pauses and strange inflection made this a challenge to listen to. less noticeable at higher speed play back but still rather distracting.

Neat concept, but build up and conclusion let down

enjoyable story, yet build up to finale lackluster. feel like I missed some chapters or something. Overall suffered from a poor pace, never really hit a plateau of suspense for a thriller and lacked the surprise and delight of a good action novel
