Days after winning OASIS founder James Halliday’s contest, Wade Watts makes a discovery that changes everything. Hidden within Halliday’s vaults, waiting for his heir to find it, lies a technological advancement that will once again change the world and make the OASIS a thousand times more wondrous - and addictive - than even Wade dreamed possible. With it comes a new riddle, and a new quest - a last Easter egg from Halliday, hinting at a mysterious prize. And an unexpected, impossibly powerful, and dangerous new rival awaits, one who’ll kill millions to get what he wants.

… immortality? This book felt really out of character and I wish it had explored more of the growth and changes, and not a quest to become immortal. A secret Haladay quest and Plot Holes were frustrating (Wade loses the robes and has no inventory, yet he has items from old quests he’s been on in LOTR land? Where did he get those?)

Historia
Willow has never felt like she belonged anywhere and is convinced that the only way to find a true home is to travel the world. But her plans to act on her dream are put on hold when her aloof and often absent mother drags Willow to Salem, Massachusetts, to wrap up the affairs of an aunt Willow didn’t even know she had. An aunt who may or may not have been a witch. There, she meets Mason, a loner who’s always felt out of place and has been in and out of foster homes his entire life.

Great Story, bad Prononciation and Accents
Revisado: 06-14-23
There are a couple characters with French or Boston accents, and they are a little weak. Many words are also mispronounced, namely Bea, and coven, and the name Thalia which did drag me out of the immersion. Otherwise it is a very sweet book, I like it a lot.
