The narration is also very good. Every beginner should listen, Great value Leadership Abilities book for the family. I wanted to start this Emotional Intelligence 2.0 audiobook. I think this is a great book to start the Quick Meditation Guide. It has a lot of useful information tips and a lot of Meditation Techniques. I feel much better and have more energy than I did after I started this way of 2 Manuscripts. I would recommend this book to anyone.
