I truly appreciated the way topics were introduced and described, the book made strong case for behavior change. the narrator had an interesting pace and tone and seemed to be a natural born educator. the book explains complex matters with a simplicity that makes the content "available" to most readers. I believe society has a crisis yet to be fully revealed with so many of us suffering the consequences of not being informed about how poisonous SUGAR is. The lobbies protecting the billions of a few families are in essence sentencing millions to lives of disfigurement, pain, and premature death. FDA and industry are complicit in what is slow genocide under the cover of free market and the notion that we are rational consumers.
