Roger Stringer grew up in rural Mississippi, hunting and eating everything from deer to rabbits. When he had two sons, Zac and Justin, he gave them guns and took them to the woods as well. Then one day when the boys were home alone, he got a call from Zac that Justin had been shot. What follows is an intimate and gripping memoir about the shooting’s aftermath. The story moves between the perspectives of Roger and Zac as they take us through their journey of betrayal, redemption, and ultimately confrontation with a company that had kept its corruption a secret for decades.

God's great mercies & forgivenesses, in the way he builds unshakable characters through the shakiest of events, sometimes involving 1, 5, 10, even 20 years! The people God arranged in prison to protect and guide Zac. I would take Roger to be my "daddy", and I'm 63! great story.

you guys cleared up at least 5 books and 20 SS you-tube vid contents that i have gobbled up which only partialized all this stuff you detailed in a short 3 episodes. You have already shown me what is lacking in info out there that is scary, that doesn't take on the trickle- down consequences of sequences of moves to make!! excellent!!

Historia
David Small is the new rabbi in the small Massachusetts town of Barnard’s Crossing. Although he’d rather spend his days engaged in Torah study and theological debate, the daily chores of synagogue life are all-consuming—that is, until the day a nanny’s body is found on the rain-soaked asphalt of the temple’s parking lot.

Exceptional!
Revisado: 01-20-23
A majority of this hit the great noir expectations! Because of a mixture of....1. A few very cynical characters. 2. Some hard-boiled attitudes when people were not so thin-skinned to be on the receiving end of such (no hate crimes). 3. The slight feeling of bleakness. 4. Sparse descriptions that make you think. 5. Dark, rainy scenes. 6. Old diners. 7. The pub talk and the men associated. 8. The animated voice-acting of none other than one who transforms audio into near-visual, my friend George.

Is there a new reformation happening in the church? It depends on who you ask. The New Apostolic Reformation (NAR) is a popular and fast-growing new movement of Christians who emphasize signs and wonders, and teach that God is giving new revelation through new apostles and prophets. But is this biblical Christianity? In Counterfeit Kingdom, apologists and NAR experts Holly Pivec and Douglas Geivett show how the NAR’s key tenets distort the gospel, twist the Scriptures, are influenced by New Age practices, and lead faithful Christians to shipwreck their faith.

o Ted, you've done it again!
Revisado: 11-25-22
For those who know Ted: you know his aim. Not every line in this book was easy to decipher towards that aim. (Like Peter explaining that some of Paul's teaching was hard to be understood, and many twist). But, if you know Ted's mystic books, and the learning of the Word of God's doctrine experientially, you find in this book more than metaphor, more than parable, about as close as you can get in demonstrating the importance of the very, very overlooked reality of Colossians 3:1-4 and let's throw in Ephesians 1:16 -2:7, with a pinch of the hugely under-emphasised 1 Corinthians 6:17 and the layered brilliance of all of God's revelation to us. With our citizenship in heaven, or in hebrew, hashamayim, and the unmistakable words: if/since..you..ARE..risen👆⬆️w/ Christ...seek those things which.. ARE.. above....!! STOP RIGHT THERE! if we pay attention to WHERE Paul said we ARE, what direction would we be looking in our seeking? NOT UP!! WE ARE ALREADY UP....(we know this, not by sight, but BY FAITH IN HIS WORD! EXACT LOCATION PINPOINTED: Where Christ sits at the right hand of God. Why do we look up instead of around? What is the best thing going on there right now and always? Hebrews 7:25,26: as our High Priest, He EVER LIVES to make intercession.....! Lord, what are You doing right now? "making intercession". How about right now? "making intercession". Every act of His....is intercession. Do you think that if our eyes were on Him, and that if we realized that we are dead and OUR lives ARE hid w/ Christ IN God, and that when Christ OUR life shall appear, then we shall also appear WITH Him in glory, and that if we realized that he who is joined to the Lord IS ONE spirit, that we would be involved at all in His intercession? This is what He does by EVERYTHING He does. That is one huge parameter of seeking first the Kingdom of God, and His righteousness!! And to test the balance in ourselves concerning that parameter, we have romans 14:17 partially quoted here: .....the Kingdom of God is......righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit (or Ghost)(pneuma). Does that give substance to our seeking? It gives full time substance. Can I be experiencing peace w/o His righteousness? How about real joy? The testing of Kingdom reality is the experience of these 3 things, in this verse. Is peace just mechanical? Is it just a doctrine? We adorn that doctrine in real experience! But not w/o righteousness and joy! These are all in the statement of what Paul is summarizing here. Christ has become our righteousness. This gift is worked out in and through us in our close walk w/ Him in the S/spirit, resulting in a demonstration of peace and joy, not being selfish and causing a scene about eating, drinking, and wearing of apparel, along w/ other shallow THINGS of this earth. Believers need to think in a layered way, until all these verses and the realities that they are conveying are the constant experiential realities of our being. Notice again colossians 3:1-4....: Risen WITH Him....SEEK...ABOVE....Affections SET....ABOVE (NOT ON THINGS ON EARTH)...LIFE IS HID W/ CHRIST IN GOD (so my life on earth for all intents and purposes, as Paul and Ted are saying,......is DEAD). THOUGH THIS IS NO GAME, how Ted portrayed the results of this reality in "PLAY DEAD" IS FULLY GRASPABLE AND A GREAT EFFORT IN TED'S ONGOING MISSION TO GET US TO REALIZE THESE TRUTHS, AS IN A FEW OF HIS other books too. 1 Corinthians 13 is obviously key, as is every word of God. Once we see these things for real, the entire Word of God flows easily in each of every parts' context. If His word is spirit and life, that would include ALL His word at once. It is just a matter of walking daily in it, not reading and studying like a dreaded chore, but like when David sighed longingly for that special water to drink from the well of Bethlehem, by the gate. He did not COMMAND anyone to get it. He said "oh, that one would give me drink of the water..... ". But the 3 mighty men who loved David took it as a much bigger thing than just a sigh of longing. They took it almost as a command, but in a loving way to please the King they loved and honored, and hazarded their lives to get it and bring it to David. To walk in all the great parameters of the word of God should not be taken as merely obeying commands. Lord Yshuah's commands are all loving keys and beautiful pieces of the whole picture of what it is to be hid with Him in God. We are moved through this lifetime here by spirit and life of His word, one in spirit w/ Him, wanting only His will, as if He sighed longingly "oh that one would refresh Me with their own longing to long with Me for what I long for! One to walk in the intimacy that only knowing My mind reveals". Think how The Son of the Father's love walked w/ Him!! We are now in the Son of the Father, hid in His love that passes understanding. Is that oneness a true demonstration of the love between God, the Father, and God, the Son, for theirs is not a grudging relationship. You know how fun this all is to fellowship!! it's all about Him centered in our being hid with Him together, with this same mind, speaking the same things together in understanding. See the very, very important key verse 1 Corinthians 1:10!! Paul's striving was for this. So is Ted's!! I don't care if Ted writes 20 more books with this aim.....It is worth it!! Not many people emphasize what Paul and Ted emphasize about this world NOT being the world we would return to. See the constant emphasis of a better country, not built with hands, from the ending few verses of Hebrews 10 through all of chapter 11. It's soooo good, so keep going and stay long in chapter 12, and take your time there in seeing how God is correcting and discplining each son/daughter of His to be partakers, experiencers of His righteousness and holiness. All lovers of His, hunger and thirst to be filled w/ these innate beauties of His Being. Last, but not all, just a quick reminder of the 3-verse summation, dynamite view in a nutshell way in Revelation 1:5-7.....just highlighting the keys..."Jesus Christ....loved us, and washed us from our sins in His OWN blood,...and has made us kings and priests (or made us into a kingdom, priests to God and His Father)......Behold, He comes w/ the clouds......." . So, in between Him loving and washing us, and Him coming w/ the clouds, we have the most awesome job description emphasized and summarized: a kingdom of priests. He wanted this from the beginning, but it didn't get fulfilled in Yisrael. That is a key to see from the new testament's point of view, to focus down onto that great occupation of His saints, His holy ones, His TZADIKIM: a kingdom of priests unto God!! Between His first coming and His coming again w/ clouds, a kingdom of priests. What a royal description!! What an honor!! Not a light thing. This is heavy of heavies. Please my fellow tzadik holy cohanim priests in His royalty: Walk worthy of this calling, as Paul prayed in Colossians 1:9-12 (unto ALL patience and long-suffering......WITH joyFULness). Again, easy to test if our spirit is right or not: a grudging patience, a teeth-gritting long-suffering won't be matched with true joyFULness, now would it? That's why we NEED ALL the tasty ingredients of verses 9-11a to have the 3 fruit full flavor of 11b. It can only be the Spirit to have the fulness of joy simultaneously with being patient in all the trying circumstances, and looooooooong-suffering towards very trying and selfish people, many times all DAY long. Never be petty, never be boring, never be unSpirit like, never be mundane or drab or shallow or pedestrian. Like the priests who carried God's furniture through the desert, we walk about housing the One Who is our Habitation. Don't just be a "churchgoer". Jesus said the wind blows where it wants, and you hear the sound of it, but can't tell from where it comes, and where it goes: so is EVERYONE born of the Spirit. Let's be that to the world. That is attractive. That is mysterious. That wind, that pneuma, that breath, that law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus, that Spirit they hear, that we are one with, is the Spirit of Christ, in Whom are hid ALL the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. How can we possibly ruin this view by being boring !?! Jesus is the most intriguing PERSON in ALL His creation!! Blessed be He‼️ (And the voice actor here got better and better as the reading progressed) thx to All.

For decades, Fred Burton was a key figure in international counterterrorism and domestic spy craft. As a member of the State Department's Diplomatic Security Service in the mid 1980s, he was on the front lines of America's first campaign against terror. Now, in this hard-hitting memoir, Burton emerges from the shadows to reveal who he is, what he has accomplished, and the threats that lurk unseen except by an experienced, world-wise few. Told in a no-holds-barred, gripping, nuanced style, this behind-the scenes account of one counterterrorism agent's life and career is a riveting listen.

Revisado: 11-13-22
Virtually perfectly done. Written well, edited well, read well, with a wealth of pertinent history. You may not find every detail about certain incidences 100% like it really happened, but as close as possible pertaining to available intel at the time. The personal notes of learning to be clandestine in the field were related in such a warm, human and endearing manner, along w/ family emotions, that you want to know this man. A hero in his own right, and a friend of many heros, so many scenes are beyond sad in the giving away of his own life to honor "the beauty of righteousness" like his "paps". He served his generation well! Thank you Fred Burton. And thank you Tom Weiner for reading this masterpiece with a demeanor of voice reflecting the author!

Revisado: 10-24-22
I hate sex scenes, especially graphic ones. This is my first COHO. Now I know what to expect. I realize u kind of had to know a kind of obsession to make this novel work. At least there was respect for the Most High's name. But, but, and a big one! ........the chills I got from several scenes were all 5 point writing genius!! Sheer freakout imagination-blowing frames in your mind! I didn't expect that from this book. A great intro to this author. It seemed like 3 stories in one and you are not sure which one could emerge as reality.
