Oh, look - another keto book
Revisado: 02-20-20
I'll save you all some listening time: Meat, eggs and leafy greens are good, all other vegetables and grains are bad. Here are some examples to prove this based upon stories from the 1800's, and other diet books from the 1950's-1970's.

One of my all time favorites
Revisado: 01-22-20
This book was so engaging and so packed with information that I found myself eager to continue on to every chapter as quickly as possible. I've recommended this book to so many people over and over again that I couldn't even tell you how many. There were points at which I actually had my mouth open while listening. This book should be required reading for everyone working in the healthcare field.

I'm glad I didn't listen to the negative reviews
Revisado: 01-22-20
I'm glad I bought this audiobook despite the negative reviews about the author's voice. Sure, he's got a different way of talking than a polished narrator might deliver the same content, but I got over that when listening to his first book (another absolute favorite of mine): How Not to Die. I listen to this audiobook while driving or walking on the treadmill, and his delivery is humorous enough to have made me laugh out loud while listening. Some of you don't have a quirky friend or family member and it shows. Lighten up - it makes life more interesting. He's always got very in-depth insights and researched evidence to delve into the psychological aspects of any topic; for me, that stuff is fascinating because it helps me recognize the traps I might be falling into if I were otherwise unaware that a trap had been set.

I feel like I paid for an infomercial

Is there anything you would change about this book?
Dave focusing on how successful he's been (how much he's "kicked ass") and how much money he's made in his lifetime makes me suspicious about his motivations for writing his books, especially considering how many products he sells. He comes across as a very savvy business man, but I ultimately felt like much of the book was a sales pitch for his products.

This is terrible as an audiobook
Revisado: 11-15-17
This book might be good on Kindle or hard copy, but it’s basically a laundry list of anti-aging remedies. I listen to audiobooks while driving - listening to endless pages of things to buy and use was a horrible waste of my time. I wish I hadn’t wasted my monthly credit on it.
