Kate Quinn has once again woven a wonderful tale rich with historical detail! The highlight of her books is the narration by Saskia. I could listen to her forever. In fact I chose the book when I realized she was the same narrator who had done The Alice Network. Now I plan to listen to all of Kate Quinn’s books!

Wonderful story!

I loved the story and like other reviewers, couldn’t stop listening. The only drawback was that Emma’s and Genevieve’s readers tended to drop volume ever sentence or so. This is ok if I’m listening in a quiet room but impossible for the car where I listen most.
